RWS-certified Merino wool
This garment is made from pure RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) certified Merino wool, a certification that ensures compliance with strict sustainability and animal welfare standards. This means that the wool comes exclusively from sheep raised according to ethical standards, without invasive or harmful procedures. Every stage of the process, from shearing to yarn production, is carefully monitored to guarantee minimal environmental impact and maximum respect for the animals. Garment care
To preserve the beauty and quality of our knitwear, we recommend that you carefully follow these simple instructions.
Washing: hand wash in cold water with a mild, natural detergent.
Drying: remove excess water by gently rolling the garment in a towel and pressing lightly. Lay flat to dry, away from direct light. Avoid tumble drying.
Ironing: use only the steam setting on your iron, keeping it about 1 cm away from the garment and never placing it directly on the fabric.
Storage: fold the garment instead of hanging it to help maintain its shape.
Protection: to protect it from moths, we recommend using lavender or natural cedarwood.
Shipping and returns
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 5 working days. All parcels can be tracked using the corresponding tracking number. Once your order is complete, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. The delivery times indicated on the “Shipping and returns” page are purely indicative.
Returns
Foppola accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with labels intact. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return. To initiate the return process, please send an email to info@foppola.com
