SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 5 working days. All parcels can be tracked using the corresponding shipping number. Once your order is complete, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. The delivery times indicated are purely indicative:

Shipping cost: €8 – Delivery time: 2/3 working days
- CEUTA, MELILLA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS
Shipping cost: €12 – Delivery time: 3/7 working days
- CANARY ISLANDS
Shipping cost: €15 – Delivery time: 3-7 working days
- REST OF THE EU
Shipping cost: €12 – Delivery time: 5-7 working days
- REST OF THE WORLD
Shipping cost: €35 – Delivery time: 7/15 working days
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Foppola ships from the European Union. Any customs duties and import taxes depend on the regulations in force in the destination country. As rules may vary from country to country, we recommend checking with the relevant authorities in advance.
International buyers are responsible for paying any taxes and duties established by their local customs office. Foppola cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or delays resulting from customs procedures; however, our team will be happy to assist you in making the process as smooth as possible.
RETURN POLICY
Foppola accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the labels intact. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
